Process of changing existing Card topics and other text values is called ReRegistration (ReReg, RForm).
There are 2 ways:
- from a RForm
- from a Card
A. From a RForm:
1. In RForm click the
button in top menu bar.2. A Search form for filtering out Cards is displayed.
3. Assign your Topics and Other parameters as searching criteria.
| Field "Topic" : | enter a topic from the topic dictionary or from ther topic tree, the required card should have been assigned before. |
| Field "Date from" : | is today date , by default. Change it. It means the end of a time interval. |
| Field "Period back" : | defines time interval, i.e. start of it. Time interval applies for a day when a card was created or last modified. |
| Field "Created/Changed" : | defines whether time interval applies for a day when a card was created or last modified. |
| Other fields cannot be used for filtering. | |
4. Click Search button. A list of matching Cards is displayed.
5. Click the link of an item in Search result to display a Card.
6. On a Card, click on
icon to re-fill its RForm with topics and other parameters as it was exactly before it was saved last time. 7. Reassign topics and other parameters as if it was a brand new card.
8. Click Save button.
B. From a Card:
1. Search for a Card using SForm.
2. In Query result clik on Card link to display a Card.
3. In Card click the button in top menu bar.
4. RForm is displayed in a new window with all topics and other parameters as it was exactly before it was saved last time.
5. Reassign topics and other parameters as if it was a brand new card.
6. Click Save button.
