The way a Card can be deleted is to a certain point the same as Re-assignment process.
1. In Registration Form (RForm) click on
icon in top strip of RForm.2. A Search form to find Cards to be re-assigned is displayed.
Note : if you don't have special users rights, you will be allowed to search only among cards you have created. I.e. you can't delete cards of other users.
3. Set up required Topics and Other parameters :
| Attribute "Topic" : | enter a topic or part of it a card was assigned. |
| Attribute "Date from" : | is today date by default. You can change it. It defines "Date till" of a period a Card was created. |
| Attribute "Period back" : | defines a period (start date) when a card was created/changed. |
| Attribute "created/changed" : | defines if the given period is applied to Card creation or last change date. |
| Don' use other attributes. | |
4. Click "Search My cards" button. You get search result matching your criteria.
5. There is combobox under Filter parameter values, set up Delete option.
6. Click the Name of a Card you want to delete.
6. A warning is displayed whether you really want to delete the Card.
7. After confirmation the Card is deleted from the database.
