List of History notes can be displayed by clicking on link with every card in Search result window.
List of History notes displays all history notes attached to a Card, ordered in time.
Here, the following actions can be performed :
a) reply an existing History note
b) create a new root History note
c) change the Status of a Card
d) display a detailed Card
e) display a detailed Column mapping overview
ad a) click
icon at the right side of History note header, you want to reply. Write down your History note and Save.ad b) click New History note link, fill in the form and save.
(Root History note is not shifted to the right). New History note is displayed at the end of the History note sequence.
ad c) click some of the links related to Status change. A form is displayed, fill in and save. A new History note is appended.
ad d) click the Icon and detailed Card is displayed in the same way as from the Search result window.
