1. Fill in Topic fields and free text fields in a Registration form (RFORM).
a) There is an
(topic dictionary) or 
(topic tree) icon.
- a Dimension field.Dimension field is supposed to be filled in with predefined topics.
If a field is marked with a red asterisk, it has to be filled in with at least 1 topic. It's mandatory to fill it in.
If a topic you want to assign, doesn't exist, create a new topic.
Mark a topic with exclamation sign to consider it a "main topic", e.g. !Top ten priorities 202610 - to serve as a card title.
b) Purely text fields have no book icon. They can be filled in with any free text.
In a Registration form browse with cursor over yellow "i" icon, a hint what to fill in will be displayed.
2. A card can be previewed before being saved - click Preview button.
3. A card will be saved by clicking Save button.
Note : All entered topics have to be created as 'new topics' before a successful Save can be performed. Otherwise an error is reported.
Note : Uncheck "Clear form after Save" checkbox, if you want to keep the saved card after saving to have a final look. To initiate a blank RForm, click "New doc" in the top menu.
4. If there is no error, the Card is saved and displayed.
You can search for it to check it or add a new History Note assigned to this Card.
If a Card is not saved successfully, an error message displays the reasons. Most often, entered text is not recognized as an already existing topic.
